Hi,

Yet again it’s a long time since my last post in the blog. We have a lot to do with the company at the moment and as some of you might have noticed the time for us to answere and help you with your support problems have been slightly longer during the last week or so. This is due to almost everyone going on vacation at the same time. But i promise you all that our support team are doing their best to try and help you as quick as possible. So a huge thanks to everyone that are working hard on the support at the moment.

Also you might have noticed that our forum isn’t reachable anymore. This is because we are in the process of switching forum software to IPB which will hopefully run better then phpBB.

I hope this post has answered some of your questions.

Hi,

It’s been a while since our last post. Here is a short update.

Because of an enormous amount of new signups the last few weeks we’ve had to order another Node in Europe. And because of this we’ve haven’t had time to write in the blog.

Anyway our new server is a powerful beast. It’s powered by a Quad Core L5310 processor and it has 5gb RAM installed.

Also, as most of you might have noticed, we have a new website. This has been designed and coded to fit ours and the customers needs better. It’s also more pleasant to the eye in our opinion. We hope you like it and it would be greatly appreciated if you made a comment about it and tell us what you think.

That should cover most of it.

Since the last post a lot of things have happened.

Let’s start with a new server. Our new USA based Server has just arrived and it’s a beast of a server, Dual AMD Opterons and 16GB RAM.

This is something we are extremely glad about since we can now offer our US customers an even better service then before. All of our current VPS customers can also request their VPS’s to be transfered to the US node for free. Just pop in a support ticket and we will arrange it within 24 hours.

We are also in the progress of tinkering with the site, laying out different section’s and plans we offer to make it easier for you to find what you need, watch this space.

Today i’m going to give you an update on what is going on behind the scenes.

As some of you already know we recently purchased a new server not so long ago. This server is being used as a VPS node (Virtual Private Servers), and so far its turned out to be a great success and has given our business a great boost!

This new server is located in the Netherlands rather than in London because we thought it would be a more strategical and flexible location.

We have had orders flying through the roof leading to all of our allocated IP’s being used up, this left us with no other options then to order another block of IP addresses. We have also had to place an order for more server memory, so in the next week or so you can expect even better performance!

We’ve also decided to get a server located in the US because of customer demand. This should also turn out to be a great success.

If you already have a VPS with us and want it transferred to a US based server we will do it FREE OF CHARGE!

All you have to do is contact us regarding the migration.

I think this covers the backbone of the company at the moment. There are also great website changes that will coming within the next few weeks.

The forum has been set to “Coming Soon!” for a very long time now and that is because we are having the forum professionally designed to blend in with our website. But from what i’ve seen it’s coming along pretty well and should be finished within a week or so.
